In its desperation to cling on to power, Labour’s abuse of office has become outrageous. Gordon Brown’s Government increasingly resembles one of those discredited and corrupt regimes of the former Eastern bloc: aggressively partisan, contemptuous of democracy and blind to any distinction between the interests of the party and those of the nation.

A key hallmark of totalitarian Communist rule was its obsession with trying to indoctrinate the public through political propaganda. Until recently, the idea that such an approach might be adopted in Britain would have seemed laughable. But all that has changed under Labour. The years of Blair and Brown have been dominated by spin. The machine of the state is now devoted to the imposition of socialist ideology.

The airwaves and billboards are filled with Left-wing propaganda dressed up as public information or as “awareness-raising” programmes....... CONTINUE

And as mentioned in the above article, here is the disgusting video showing Hackney schoolchildren being indoctrinated to praise Comrade Diane Abbott in a similar way to the indoctrination tactics practised in North Korea and the old Soviet Union/Eastern bloc. They perform the "Diane Abbott Crap"...... (the "C" is silent!)

Whatever you do, come 6th May, please don't allow these appalling fuckers to get back into power..... ever again!

And just to prove the point.....  because we have picked up on this disgraceful display of indoctrination/brainwashing, the above video can now only be seen on You Tube by "Friends"..... well fuck 'em, here it is on Daily Motion!

Uploaded by Ithascometomyattention. - Watch the latest news videos.

Labour really are in a blind panic about this awful piece of brainwashing being made public.... the video has now also been removed from Daily Motion. It would be easy to repost it on yet another site but it's been widely seen by now and the point has already been made...... the bonus is that this post clearly demonstrates Labour censorship in all its totalitarian glory.

The first words out of the lying cunt's mouth are...... a lie..... "I won't let you down", says McPorkies...... you already have, you lying cunt!

The whole question and answer session is conducted exactly like PMQ's with McShite reeling off tractor stats while avoiding answering a single question from his digruntled audience truthfully.

These people have lost their jobs, are under huge stress in the NHS all because of McFuckwit's micro-mismanagement and meaningless fucking targets, they have lost loved ones in Afghanistan and in the illegal war in Iraq and he is not capable of answering one question honestly because, if he did, he would incriminate himself all the way up to his fucking glass eye and beyond!

Gordon Brown has been ordered to release information before the general election about his controversial decision to sell Britain's gold reserves. The decision to sell the gold taken by Mr Brown when he was Chancellor is regarded as one of the Treasury's worst financial mistakes and has cost taxpayers almost £7 billion. Mr Brown and the Treasury have repeatedly refused to disclose information about the gold sale amid allegations that warnings were ignored.

Following a series of freedom of information requests from The Daily Telegraph over the past four years, the Information Commissioner has ordered the Treasury to release some details. The Treasury must publish the information demanded within 35 calendar days by the end of April. The sale is expected to be become a major election issue, casting light on Mr Brown's decisions while at the Treasury.

Last night, George Osborne, the shadow chancellor, demanded that the information was published immediately. " Gordon Brown 's decision to sell off our gold reserves at the bottom of the market cost the British taxpayer billions of pounds," he said. "It was one of the worst economic judgements ever made by a chancellor."

"The British public have a right to know what happened and why so much of their money was lost. The documents should be published immediately."

Between 1999 and 2002, Mr Brown ordered the sale of almost 400 tons of the gold reserves when the price was at a 20-year low. Since then, the price has more than quadrupled, meaning the decision cost taxpayers an estimated £7 billion, according to Mike Warburton of the accountants Grant Thornton. It is understood that Mr Brown pushed ahead with the sale despite serious misgivings at the Bank of England. It is not thought that senior Bank experts were even consulted about the decision, which was driven through by a small group of senior Treasury aides close to Mr Brown. The Treasury has been officially censured by the Information Commissioner over its attempts to block the release of information about the gold sales.

The Information Commissioner's decision itself is set to become the subject of criticism. The commissioner has taken four years to rule on the release of the documents, despite intense political and public interest in the sales. Officials have missed a series of their own deadlines to order the information's release, which will now prevent a proper parliamentary analysis of the disclosures. It can also be disclosed that the commissioner has held a series of private meetings with the Treasury and has agreed for much of the paperwork to remain hidden from the public. The Treasury was allowed to review the decision notice when it was in draft form and may have been permitted to make numerous changes. In the official notice, the Information Commissioner makes it clear that only a "limited" release of information has been ordered.

Ed Balls, who is now the Schools Secretary, Ed Miliband, now the Climate Change Secretary, and Baroness Vadera, another former minister, were all close aides to the chancellor during the relevant period. If the information is not released by the end of April, the Treasury will be in "contempt of court" and will face legal action. A spokesman said last night that the Treasury was not preparing to appeal against the ruling.

How Auctions Cost Taxpayers £7bn

*The price of gold has quadrupled since Gordon Brown sold more than half of Britains reserves.

*The Treasury pre-announced its plans to sell 395 tons of the 715 tons held by the Bank of England, which caused prices to fall.

*The bullion was sold in 17 auctions between 1999 and 2002, with dealers paying between $256 and $296 an ounce. Since then, the price has increased rapidly. Yesterday, it stood at $1,100 an ounce.

*The taxpayer lost an estimated £7 billion, twice the amount lost when Britain left the Exchange Rate Mechanism in 1992.

*The proceeds from the sales were invested in dollars, euros and yen. In recent years, most other countries have begun buying gold again in large quantities.

I see a dark cloud emanating from Downing Street.... a possible volcanic eruption, methinks!

BUDGET 2010 - *LIVE BLOG* 24th March

Tuesday 23 March 2010

On Wednesday afternoon at 12:30pm here on Barking Spider we will be live blogging the last Budget before the General Election. The Budget will be carried on all major UK television channels except for BBC1 which will be showing Bargain Hunt (I shit you not!).

Pound to a pinch of snot that the Chancellor’s speech will be a blatant attempt to gain more of those brain dead Labour voters, so we can expect plenty of unaffordable bollocks, deferred until after the Election, in the hope that the Conservatives are left well and truly in the shite.

So why not come and join in the Budget Live Blog which, apart from the opportunity to have your say, promises to be a great fun as 10, yes, 10 blogs will all be hosting it simultaneously.

This 'chat' collaboration will be between A Tangled Web, All Seeing Eye, Barking Spider, Biased-BBC, Corrugated Soundbite, Dick Puddlecote, Governmentitus, GrumpyOldTwat, Man Widdecombe, and Subrosa - all excellent and highly recommended blogs. If you haven't been to some of them before then please take this chance to try them out.

Thursday 18 March 2010

The blogosphere and meeting places have been alight with anger, outrage, frustration. And questions about how to defeat our tyrannical 'masters' that make our lives a living hell.
Gandhi found non-compliance to be an effective tool to defeat his masters. And he was just one man.
Imagine what we could achieve, if we made a concerted effort, for a given number of days.
The fact is, the corporations want our money. The government needs our money. The 'mainstream' media are the mouthpieces of these monsters. And all of them are the cause of our misery.
If we starve them of it for a spell, how would that affect them?
We've lost the ability to think for ourselves because we've been programmed not to. If we cease to tune into their propaganda and instead, explore the alternative media, we see a different picture from the one they want us to see. We think for ourselves and join up the dots.
We have been little short of terrorised by their scare stories, their unwarranted use of and threat of force, their fines, their toxic products, their lies - to do their dirty bidding. They enrich themselves at our expense. Every time.
The Greeks and the Icelanders have woken up and taken action. The tyranny we face is on a par with theirs, if not greater, and yet we do bugger all about it. Our MPs don't give a jot - they're not listening to us. They're listening to their party whips, as they eye that juicy job within their grasp if they ignore us. So they do.
So let's learn from the Greeks, the Icelanders, Gandhi - and make our 'strike' international. After all, the entire civilised world is facing tyranny simultaneously.
And as Old Holborn says, we outnumber them. They cannot afford non-compliance on such a massive scale. Success frequently starts from small beginnings, as American patriots will tell you. As Gandhi demonstrated.
There comes a time when we have to say ENOUGH! NO MORE! Just like that lonesome chap did in Tiananmen Square (around 3:45 minutes into this video):
You have to wonder why our police are becoming militarised - all over the world - why the UN frequently deploys its 'peace-keeping' troops. Yes, troops - against civilians. Foreign troops who care nothing for those civilians - they're "just following orders". A government should never do that to its people. That is tyranny, as the Chinese knew only too well. They were expendable. Mere ants to be crushed underfoot.
Gandhi didn't set out to be a leader; he set out to make a point. He was earnest and determined and he got attention. People chose to follow his lead because he led from the front.
That is what our 'masters' fear. That is why they discourage us from congregating. That is why they attempt to set us against each other.
So we must do the opposite of what they want. Civilly. Lawfully. United.
What am I suggesting, then?
Karen Quinn-Tostado has a plan - and I hope we can gather enough support around the world to follow her lead and act simultaneously. She has the answer. We send them all her aptly put message (somewhat Anglicised and embellished, here):
We show them that they can't control us for four days. We're going to do what we want, we're going to think what we want and we're going to think about what's really important.
We've forgotten that all we need is clean air, clean water, healthy food, self-sufficient communities - and integrity. We don't need the government for those things.
"We the people", are not responsible for repayment of speculative banking scams. We will not allow our children to be used as collateral for foreign debt.
Our constitution is ignored, our rights are violated, we are taxed without representation. As long as we go about our lives as usual, they win and we pay.
We the people say NO MORE!
Here's what we do from 15th to 18th April
1) No work, no school. Our future depends on restoring our rights. Plan ahead, ask for time off, use holiday days or whatever it takes. Get school assignments for your children, who will then be able to learn about our rights [Ed: with the help of You've been Cromwelled, Old Holborn, Captain Ranty, Lawful Rebellion, and many others (let's have your suggestions)]. If you feel you must go to work, then go! Participate in the other steps. Do what you can! Learn about our true rights.
It's a money game - they want ours.
Time to change the rules.
2) No shopping - don't buy. Buy nothing from large corporations, fast food places, online stores, etc. Again, plan ahead for medications, petrol/diesel and food. If you have to shop, then go to local grocers and small family shops! If everyone keeps his money for 4 consecutive days, global bankers will notice.
3) Don't comply, take your £££s and savings out of large, corporate banks, leaving only what you need to cover monthly bills. Work at getting off the grid and forming co-ops within communities. We need each other and it will be our networking energy, as one, which will ensure success.

4) Ask Why. This is essential. Why are we allowing our constitution to be ignored? Why do our children have to sacrifice for banking scams? Why are we supporting policies that don't support us?
Then call your MPs and let them know you're participating in this strike and ask questions you feel are important. Then they will notice.
I  magine if citizens around the world joined Karen Quinn-Tostado's strike. Every one of us can dream that big when we remember that we've all been scammed and lied to by a criminal, dominant minority, who set us against each other, in war, in setting communities, races and sexes against each other, in neighbourhood spying, in so many ways.
We citizens should not be at war with each other. We should be at war with the corporate plunderers, the despots who believe they lead us, and the craven media who hide the truth from us and brainwash us with their lies. They are the enemy of the people.
We must empower ourselves, not ask for someone to save us!
"God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion.
The people cannot be all, and always, well informed.
The part which is wrong will be discontented,
in proportion to the importance of the facts
they misconceive. If they remain quiet
under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the
forerunner of death to the public liberty. ... And what
country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from
time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance?
Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right
as to the facts, pardon and pacify them.
What signify a few lives lost in a century
or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed
from time to time, with the blood of patriots and
tyrants. It is its natural manure." -- Thomas Jefferson
Our masters want a one world government. Let's give them a one world - but of citizens, united, proud, with a shared vision of liberty.
When I despair, I remember that all through history
the ways of truth and love have always won. There have
been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem
invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it -always.
-- Mahatma Gandhi

It really is well worth while listening to what Brian Gerrish has to say about Common Purpose, a sinister, insidious, Marxist organisation. This first video gives a good idea, for the uninitiated, of what they are actually up to.

Should we be worried about Common Purpose?

(Sorry about the sound quality on this first video)

And if that's whetted your appetite........this one is the real eye-opener!

This presentation was given in Leicester. MEP Rogert Helmer came specially to guest host the meeting. Edward Spalton of the CIB (Campaign for an Independent Britain) gave a short introduction. The presentation was given by Brian Gerrish on his research into Common bring out the suppressed information that the controlled media will not air!

Please distribute this widely - copy it as is - or change it as you see
fit, but please get the word out to as many people as possible.

Your freedom and democracy are in imminent peril
for a threat that doesn't exist.

Lord Monckton warns us of the impending Bonn Climate conference - another Copenhagen, but this time, probably more devious in its conception.

Video produced on March 13th, 2010

This is Christopher Monckton.

They're at it again.

The United Nations, having abjectly failed at Copenhagen in December of 2009 to impose upon the world a totally unnecessary, wickedly expensive, democracy-destroying world government treaty, it has now decided to hold an emergency meeting of states, party to the United Nations Framework Convention in Bonn and there, seven months before the next Cancun round, they're going to try to stitch together a deal to take democracy and freedom and prosperity away, worldwide, forever and, to make themselves very, very rich. And to make you who are watching this video, very, very poor.

Now why is this a bad idea?

First of all, government of the people, by the people, and for the people is a rare and precious thing. Very few countries around the world have it.

The United States in particular, has it, and has it very strongly. And if you carelessly transfer the powers of the government whom you elect to a world government that no-one will elect, and give that government supreme powers of taxation, of economic intervention, of environmental intervention, over the heads of your elected representatives in your country, then you will carelessly have thrown your democracy and your freedom away.

And you will have done so in the name of saving the planet from a threat which does not, in fact, exist.

So what are these representatives going to do?

They're going to meet and discuss how to take your freedom away.

What could you do about it?

You should telephone them. That's the way to do it best. That's what gets noticed.

Telephone your elected representative. If you're in the United States, you telephone your senators; there are two of them for each state.
Telephone them, in Washington. Try to speak to the Senator himself, or to a senior staffer. Do not be fobbed off with a secretary, or an intern, or receptionist, or telephonist.

Get throught to a staffer or to a senator - say there is no need for any climate treaty, and you, in the Senate, must understand that and must not pass any climate treaty.

Get on that telephone.

OK, you may have done it before. You may have done it just before the Copenhagen debacle.

Why did Copenhagen fail?

Because so many millions of you did ring your senators, and several of them got in touch with your President, and your President realised that the treaty draft that would have set up a world government would not pass.

And so, that treaty draft was very quietly dropped for a time; but now they're back. They're trying again. They will try in Bonn. They will try in Cancun. They will try next year in South Africa.

And if they haven't succeeded by then, they will try at Rio in 2012, the 20th anniversary of the Earth Summit that started all of this nonsense.

But every step of the way, and on every occasion, you must telephone, telphone your senator and say "this treaty shall not pass".

Do it now, because it's your democracy.

Use it or lose it.

You have until the 9th of April to call your democratic representatives. Don't wait! Do it now!

Two government advertisements which use nursery rhymes to warn of the dangers of climate change have been banned for exaggerating the threat. Commissioned by Energy Secretary Ed Miliband, the adverts are based on children’s poems "Jack and Jill" and "Rub-A-Dub-Dub" and assert that climate change will cause flooding and drought.

The Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) ruled the adverts – which attracted 939 complaints - made exaggerated claims which went beyond mainstream scientific consensus

One advert read:

It's as if Climategate never happened, the "hockey stick" graph was never discredited, the Himalayan glaciers were still going to melt by 2035 and that Antarctic ice hadn't increased. It's as if Phil Jones, the CRU, Michael Mann and Rajendra Pachauri were not under investigation for falsifying data, or that NASA and the Met Office were not also complicit in the global warming scam.

Isn't it absolutely fucking typical of these twats to push this climate change bollocks to the limit in their attempts to indoctrinate our children, tax us into oblivion and to control our lives completely and utterly, (as their slaves).

And they actually have the bare-faced audacity/Lefty stupidity to call these pieces of shite "rhymes"!

Must do better, Minibrain Minor, these are not rhymes and they don't even scan properly - now go and see the headmaster, you stupid boy!

Let's put it this way....... "Don't give up your day job, twat"!

Here's another one for you:
Humpty dumpty sat on the wall. Ed Miliband is a stupid Lefty cunt who can't write rhymes for toffee!

You see, Minibollocks?......anyone can do it! I tried to do the worst I possibly could but it's still better than yours and mine is true while yours are both downright lies!

I also fail to see how the ASA can find that these rhymes break the rules but that the offensive video, (pictured above, and which was nothing but out-and-out scaremongering designed to frighten our children), does not break those same rules as both are based on pure speculation and Labour's real Left-wing goal of world government and ruling our lives entirely!

The ASA hasn't gone nearly far enough - this ruling is only partly correct and the corrupt Lefty politics behind it stinks - as usual!

And just to finish off, here are two more of the horrible things that weren't mentioned in the story:

Twinkle twinkle Gorgon's eye.......

Hey diddle diddle? You have been and you will be again!

Ain't Labour wonderful?

The Gorgon's News Blackout On War - Don't Be Silenced!

As Leg-Iron elucidates so well, The Gorgon's latest wheeze of disallowing all news from the Iraq and Afghan wars, will surely backfire on him.

We already know he short-changed the troops.

We already know how the top brass feel about that.

We already know that many troops are treated like shite and that some live in squalid conditions.

The point is, the Gorgon should not be allowed to get away with silencing the troops or journalists on what are largely seen as obscene wars.

Leg Iron is offering use of his blog to get the truth out. And so am I.

Have your say, vent your spleen, get the truth out. Email me  and I'll publish your story - you will have complete anonymity.

I would rather close my blog down than reveal my sources!

I believe Calling England and Old Holborn would be willing to publish your stories, too. So would many of those listed in my blogroll.

Have your say! And spread it widely!

We bloggers defeated the swine flu and global warming scams - where the 'mainstream' media failed utterly.

Let us be your voice!
