Climate Change: The Green Political Agenda

Once again we need to turn to RT for an alternative to the climate change propaganda currently being shoved down our throats by the BBC and the rest of the Lefty MSM.

Johnny Ball believes that climate scientists have got it wrong, because there is a lobby that intends to "stop the world progressing, because, oddly enough, those who protest against modern technology want to hold things back, in other words make technology less effective which in turn would be a greater weight on the environment. For example, nuclear energy is absolutely carbon-free, but Greens oppose further development of the nuclear industry, branding it dangerous. "It is a political motivation having nothing to do with efficiency."

He says US Senate has just voted to have nothing to do with the UN International Panel on Climate Change: not to fund it, not to back it and not to be interested in its reports.

Climate science is tremendously politicised - they say "it is the consensus."

"Eugenics was made by consensus, Lynching might work by consensus, Hitler was accepted by consensus – you know? Consensus means nothing."

+++UPDATE+++

There has also been an outbreak of common sense in Canada where the Conservative government has permanently killed off any possibility of carbon taxes. Oh, dear - the house of cards is falling down fast - if only we also had a Conservative government in the UK with any leader other than Cameron, we too might get our very own outbreak of sanity!

Over and over we post on Strong and his cronies - the nutters with an agenda.  Sigh.

I'm so sick of this climate change lying crap!  At least our senate did something right, and voted NOT to fund it.  They are intent on destroying all good civilization for what?!
Thanks for posting, Spider.  You are right, RT is a really truthful media outlet...and infowars too.

Thanks, Paul. ;)

This interview reminds me so much of how things used to be here in the UK, Christopher. Believe it or not, Johhny Ball was a presenter on BBC children's television for decades - he presented programmes that made science exciting for kids and he never ever had a political agenda. Those were the days before science was dragged into the gutter by the UN Agenda 21, government-funded, lying twats! ;)

The only thing we can do is to keep posting in the hope that some of it will eventually get through, James. ;)

Me, too, Bunni - Johnny is one of the good guys who worked for the BBC in the days before they became so politicised and corrupt. RT is also one of the only places, (as well as AJ), where Lord Monckton can get airtime. ;)

"Deisel 99.9 per Litre". LOL

I don't know what Johnny Balls credentials are on climate science, though he has clearly thought a great deal about it, but our American friends might like to know that the BBC made him an "unperson" for his denialism alongside the emminently qualified 'TV Biologistl James Bellamy mocked here

by ecoloon mediacunt George Monbiot who has since seen the error of his ways.

Russians tell the truth like it is, I just watched  Mosfilms "Taras Bulba", Cossack foundation myth  ( Nikolai Gogol), they don't pussyfoot about avoiding the death wounds in battle, they revel in them in great detail  together with various tortures and burning at the stake.

As far as I can see, he's a decent bloke who, along with Bellamy, was shit on from a great height by the BBC and their commie accomplices because he wouldn't fall into line with their Lefty propaganda, mate, and he certainly knows enough to be able to seriously question their integrity - which, of course, is completely non-existent. ;)

I'm positive Gene Roddenberry modelled the Klingons on these guys! :-D
